Patricio Zambrano
Managing Partner
Real estate manager with 10+ years of experience in finance. Expertise includes investment strategy, market analysis, and growth-focused solutions.
Partner
Patricio is co-founder and partner at Mirabilis Partners. He is involved in all aspects of managing the firm including real estate sourcing and acquisitions, development and asset management. Prior to co-founding Mirabilis, Patricio was a portfolio manager at Promecap, where he led private and direct investments including US real estate. Before joining Promecap, Patricio was head of M&A for Sanfer, the largest private pharmaceutical company in Mexico where he led a successful M&A roll-up strategy. He joined Sanfer after helping General Atlantic – where he was part of the investment team – acquire a significant minority stake in the business. He started his career as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.
Patricio holds BS degrees from Stanford University and an MBA from Cornell.

Jake is a partner at Mirabilis Partners. He is involved in all aspects of managing the firm including real estate sourcing and acquisitions, development and asset management. Jake has spent his entire 25-year career investing throughout the capital structure in various real estate asset classes in the US and Europe. He's held executive-level positions at institutional and private investment firms including Morgan Stanley and JLL, and has significant experience with emerging asset classes and innovative financing structures.
Jake hold a BS degree from The University of Texas at Austin.

Alejandro is co-founder and partner at Mirabilis Partners. He is involved in all aspects of managing the firm including real estate sourcing and acquisitions, development and asset management. Prior to co-founding Mirabilis, Alejandro founded Metric Development Group, a real estate development firm focused on high-end condominiums. Before co-founding Metric, Alejandro was vice president at ABX Group, a leading steel distribution company in Mexico. He started his career in the investment banking division of JPMorgan based in New York.
Alejandro holds a BS degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg.
