Mirabilis is raising its second commingled fund to source, acquire, and manage a diversified portfolio of single-family homes throughout Texas. The fund aims to acquire +500 homes during an 18-month investment period by leveraging our local relationships and employing multiple acquisition channels. Portfolio homes will be available for-rent or our INTRO Program, our innovative rent-to-own program that allows prospective home buyers to begin their homeownership journey.
