What are my required payments?
At closing
Initial contribution
Your initial contribution is deposited into your Tenant Fund. If you exercise your purchase option, the entire balance is credited toward the option purchase price.
Each month
Monthly rent
Your only ongoing financial commitment is monthly rent. You are not required to exercise your purchase option or make additional contributions.
Whenever you want
Voluntary contributions
You decide if, when, and how much additional cash you’d like to contribute to your Tenant Fund. The more you contribute, the more financial benefits you receive.
